Shipping and Delivery

Polliacks Music delivers across the whole of South Africa. We use Fastway as courier service provider, you can track your parcel here:  https://www.fastway.co.za/

Please use the tracking number as sent to you in the fulfillment email. Please contact us if you are unable to track your order. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Please allow us 48 hours to process your order, after that shipping takes 5-7 work days depending on the delivery area. If you have not received your order within 7 work days please send us an email and we will track it for you.

Orders placed on Friday – Sunday will only be shipped on a Monday.

Please note that Studio 49 products are imported from Germany and have a 6-8 week lead-time. Please confirm product availability before placing an order.

 

Shipping Costs:

For standard packages up to 15 kgs

Gauteng – R75.00 ( incl. VAT)

SA National, other provinces – R150.00 ( incl. VAT)

 

For oversized packages over 15 kgs

Gauteng – R100.00 ( incl. VAT)

SA National, other provinces – R220.00 ( incl. VAT)

Restrictions:

A physical address must be supplied - we cannot deliver to the local post office / PO Boxes.

We will do our best to get your instruments to you as efficiently as possible but Polliacks Music cannot be held accountable for any delays caused due to operational issues of courier company or any other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Damages:

Polliacks Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and take photographs of the packaging before submitting a claim.
