Returns and Refund Policy

Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange a purchased item.

Refunds or exchanges can be made within 14 days after confirmation of purchase.

A handling fee subject to current shipping rates will be charged if products have to be sent/retrieved via courier.

Refunds will not be made for items that are broken by the customer. Warranties and guarantees will depend on the specific item purchased.

The purchase of products is subject to availability. In cases where a product has been paid for but not in stock, we will refund the customer in full within 14 days.
