Where is your store located?

We do not have a physical store. Polliacks Music is an online shop only but we do deliver nationwide.

Can you assist with valuations or re-selling of vintage instruments?

Polliacks does not deal in second hand or antique instruments, however you are welcome to get in contact with us and we can try to point you in the direction of someone that can assist you. 

I am looking for a specific instrument which I can't find on your website, can you source it for me?

We are always happy to assist with sourcing specific products, if we cannot source the instrument you are looking for from one of our suppliers, we will do our best to put you in contact with someone who can. 

Do you do repairs on old instruments and what is the process?

Polliacks works with various specialists that do repairs on percussion and orff instruments. However, not all damage can always be repaired. We will send in your instrument for assessment and send you a quote for approval before repairs are done. 

How much does shipping cost?

All deliveries in Gauteng are R75.

All deliveries outside of Gauteng are R150.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5-7 working days, depending on delivery area. A tracking number will be sent to you once shipment has been dispatched.

How are payments done?

Payments can be made using a credit or debit card as well as EFT. We use PayGate to process payments in a secure way. 

 Can I return the products if I change my mind?
